By accessing or using nTrack, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the service. nTrack is a pilot/proof-of-concept behavior tracking tool for K-12 educational settings.
nTrack provides a platform for teachers, parents, school administrators, and counselors to track and manage student behavior through daily ratings, goal tracking, and communication tools.
You agree to:
Student behavior data is considered sensitive educational information. All users must comply with applicable student privacy laws, including FERPA. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle data.
nTrack uses role-based access control. Users are granted access based on their role (teacher, parent, school admin, or counselor) and their relationship to specific students. You agree to use only the access appropriate for your role.
nTrack is provided as a proof-of-concept/pilot service. We strive for reliability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update, modify, or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
nTrack is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the service, including but not limited to loss of data, interruption of service, or errors in behavior reports.
School administrators may remove users from their school at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your access will be revoked but data may be retained per our data retention policy.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of nTrack after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification.
